I have never thought of reviewing a deodorant on my blog because it is generally a product that we don't pay too much attention to. But, I am so excited to share with you how fantastic this deodorant is. Not just sharing the information, I actually bought a few for my friends too, so they can try it for themselves.
Drunk Elephant is still a new skincare brand. They pride themselves as a clean skincare brand, i.e. using minimal ingredients on the product and also mindful of its packaging materials. Because of their philosophy, I think it is worth it to try out the brand. If their product works, then I'll stick to it, and this deodorant will be one of them that I'll stick to for a long time.

CS12 is a well-known indie skincare brand in Hong Kong, but surprisingly it is actually a Malaysian brand. I have been seeing a lot of hype about the Miracle Mask, which is a sheet mask, especially in magazines and social media. I tried to get it sometime at the end of the year, unfortunately, it was out of stock. That resulted in me contacting the owner of the brand to reserve it for me when they have it in stock. I thought she had forgotten about my request, surprisingly, last month she contacted me and told me the mask is back in stock.

Let me know what are the perfumes that you dislike in the comment below.
The most important part of makeup lies in the skin. The perfection of flawless skin is the base for all types of makeup whether you want to go for a no-makeup look or a full runway fashion show makeup. Hence, I’ve invested a bit in the new Dior Forever range - Dior Forever Skin Veil SPF20 Primer, Dior Forever Fluid Foundation & Dior Forever Cushion Powder to achieve the flawless skin illusion.

Huxley Beauty isn't a new brand in the K-Beauty market. However, I just managed to receive some of the products to try out, courtesy of my friend, Eros. I have been seeing this brand everywhere, especially on the major Korean beauty online stores. This brand picks up its popularity some time end of the year 2019.
The products that I have here are from the Secret of Sahara range, which focuses on hydration.
After I did some research, I found out that Huxley is safe for sensitive skin. Albeit, the ingredients do contain fragrance, they are mostly FDA approved (means it is safe for food & drug). It is the ultimate minimalist skincare as they use very minimal ingredients that packs a punch, also keeping the packaging as simple as possible.
There is a rumour that flight attendants in South Korea swear by this brand to keep their skin hydrated in flight.
Here's my very brief first impression of the brand.
This is by far the most expensive skincare product that I've ever bought. Off the shelf, it is RM1380. That's a price tag above minimum wage in Malaysia. It is ridiculous! It is unnecessary! What a show-off! But yet, my irrational mind thinks I should get it. In my defense, I was presented with a good opportunity. My bff (his blog is Fishmeatdie, do show him some love), told me he has some Isetan vouchers and he could give it to me. So technically, I spent RM800+ on this serum. It is still a hefty price tag, but at least I got some value back. In any angle that I tried to present my case, behind my mind there is still a little whisper that says, I shouldn't have bought it. Anyway, we have come to this, so, I might as well make use of my experience with this luxury serum and share with you some thoughts.

While adapting to the new-norm of wearing a surgical mask every time we go out, I discover a new problem - I can't put on my usual favorite lipsticks that don't stain the mask. This problem has prompted me to search for good transfer-proof lipsticks and I have narrow it down to my top 3 favorites here.
Generally, those matte liquid lipsticks are good to be worn under the masks. However, I did experience some that still transfer onto my mask. And liquid lipsticks are drying on my lips, hence it could be a hit or miss if you try out certain brands.
I love these 3 lipsticks and been rotating the use quite often.
2020 was a weird year. I stopped blogging due to a lack of motivation. The momentum slowed down as we enter the lockdown phase and personally, it was a life-changing phase as well. I must say I didn’t try new makeup that much due to staying at home mostly and wearing mask at all times. But I still discovered some good products that I could share with you guys:
'Tis season of giving, if you have some perfume on your gifting list, this post will help you choose the best-suited perfume for your recipient.
The Chanel Coco Mademoiselle is a much-loved fragrance for all women, albeit it smells a little more mature, hence it is labeled as the “corporate lady” perfume. Unlike the No.5, which you either love it or hate it, the Coco Mademoiselle is easily likable and acceptable.
