The Chanel Coco Mademoiselle is a much-loved fragrance for all women, albeit it smells a little more mature, hence it is labeled as the “corporate lady” perfume. Unlike the No.5, which you either love it or hate it, the Coco Mademoiselle is easily likable and acceptable.

There are various opinions on the scent, whether it smells more floral or citrus. In my opinion, it smells more floral to my nose. Some people also find it musky. It depends on the different noses which notes you pick up first.
Pros:
- One of the pros I find is, this scent is likeable. You wouldn't face that awkward feeling of having others to comment negatively on your perfume. It usually picks up positive comments.
- It gives that corporate lady vibes when you put in on. It is an extra boost of confidence for the person who wears it.
- The scent is evergreen and you can wear it to different occasion or event. It is suitable for every situation, hence you can stick to just one perfume as your signature scent.
Cons:
- Because this fragrance is so popular, almost 3 out of 10 women has it. If you are looking for a unique scent, this might not be a good choice.
- It is pricey.
- The Coco Mademoiselle range has a different concentration to pick, it might be confusing for first-timer when trying to figure out which one to pick. My recommendation is to go for the classic EDP.
I personally love this scent. It is also my daily fragrance to "play safe" so I don't irritate others with pungent perfume. I often get compliments and some able to point out it is the Coco Mademoiselle. And I like that this perfume embodies every characteristic of Coco Chanel herself - free-spirited, bold, provocative, yet grounded.
